VACANCY: Poker Affiliate Manager

Job Details:
Our client is a market leading supplier to the Online Gaming industry with range of services that support online gaming companies including gaming platforms, back office services and integration platform.

They are now seeking to recruit a Poker Affiliate Manager to join their expanding team.

The Role:
The Role will involve management of a new affiliate program, recruitment of new affiliates and increasing existing partnerships with online Poker affiliates.

The candidate will also be responsible for managing the ongoing development of the in-house affiliate software and system – this will include recommending changes/improvements with detailed specifications.

Other duties include: working closely with the marketing team, manage promotions and communications, monitor track and report on performance of affiliates, achieve acquisition and revenue targets, identify, present and negotiate deals new affiliate partners, responsible for prompt payments to affiliates.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in Affiliate Marketing, online gaming and affiliate management, preferably poker. They must be up-to-date with the latest internet trends, with an excellent knowledge of media campaigns.

They will have a vast knowledge of Poker and poker affiliate programmes and a good technical understanding of software and back office systems.

Candidate Profile:
Candidates will have a thorough understanding of online marketing and poker player behavior alongside strong conceptualization skills.

Superior negotiation and influencing skills and strong relationship management skills are essential for the right candidate to posses.

Experience of at least 3 years within the online gaming sector, especially poker, is essential.

Skills:
•Ideally fluent in English and other languages
•Knowledge of online marketing and online Poker products
•Proficient knowledge of poker terms and activity
•Proficient technical understanding of software and back office systems
•Experience in writing copy and working with HTML
•Extensive knowledge of SEO techniques
•Excellent attention to details, rigorous, proactive, diligent, curious and self motivated

Job Details:
Our client is a Malta-based market leading supplier to the Online Gaming industry with range of services that support online gaming companies including gaming platforms, back office services and integration platform.

They are now seeking to recruit a Flash Developer to join their expanding team.

The Role:
Our client is looking for a Flash Designer/Developer to join the Design team in developing Flash Games.

The selected candidate:

  • Must have a good understanding of the requirements and objectives of the project involved
  • Will be expected to work closely to the Development and Design teams to achieve a successful product
  • Will build maintainable, high performance Action Script games using OOP methodologies
  • Should have a basic understanding of Flash Game Development will be advantageous and previous experience in an i-gaming environment is considered as an asset
  • Must have a portfolio showing his/her best Flash Applications or Games

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years in Flash Development

Education & Technical Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of ActionScripting 3
  • Fluency in the English Language

Core Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and structured approach to development
  • Ability to work in a team environment and should have good communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Our client is a leading international software services company based in Malta with offices in 6 countries.

Their continued expansion means that they now wish to recruit a Systems Administrator to join their team in Malta. The Systems Administration Team manages business critical systems used by the organisation and it’s customers worldwide.

The Systems Engineer should be a responsible person with proven multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills. In this full-time role, you must be able to work on your own initiative, without supervision and should also be flexible in working hours. Good troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
-          Maintain our servers and network infrastructure
-          Install and configure new software, hardware and operating systems
-          Monitor system performance and update management
-          Provide resolutions or recommendations
-          Ensure that all systems are functional 24/7

Experience and good knowledge is required in the following areas:
-          Windows Server 2003 and 2008 OS along with Networking, Active Directory and File Sharing
-          Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 or 2010
-          Microsoft ISA Server or Forefront Threat Management Gateway
-          Microsoft SQL Server
-          Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco devices
-          Practical experience of administering high traffic web servers running IIS and Apache
-          Knowledge of Windows scripting, although not essential will be considered an asset

Qualifications and Experience:
-          Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar position
-          Must hold a Microsoft Certification such as MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP and/or Cisco CCNA

The role is varied and will include the following responsibilities:

- process creditor payments
- issue invoices
- reconcile bank accounts
- prepare VAT returns
- prepare financial reports and management accounts
- working with the external Auditors to ensure financial compliance

Our client is a growing company so in addition, the Finance Executive will be assisting with incoming customer enquiries and helping with office administrationand HR tasks when required.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Qualification, Master’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking qualification or equivalent.

In addition English and Italian should be immaculate and fluency in other EU languages is a bonus.
