You will manage, conduct and oversee the company’s overall training requirements and deliver programmes to all levels of staff to bridge performance gaps, enhance employees’ development and train new recruits to the required standard prior to them commencing in their respective departments.

Quad Consultancy has established itself as the host of high level international speakers in Malta.
In fact, the attendance has more than doubled in just one year, as clients keep sending their employees to the speaker sessions regularly.
